Friends of the
Topiary Park is a
not-for-profit volunteer group dedicated to the support of Old Deaf School
Park and the Topiary Garden.
The
Friends gifts have provided benches, trees, picnic tables, flowers,
groundcovers, hanging baskets and boat planters for the Park. They
have partially funded pond construction, the irrigation system, gatehouse
construction, the lawn and other amenities. "Friends"
volunteers installed and continue to maintain the groundcover beds and
many of the flowers.
Ongoing projects include:

Picnic tables
with benches

Expansion,
repairs and improvements for the pond

Irrigation
repairs

Regular
renewal of groundcovers and flowerbeds

Museum store
improvements
-
And an
endowment to ensure regular and incidental maintenance in years to
come.
It is the
goal of Friends of the Topiary Park to meet these needs through
fundraising and volunteerism. Guided tours and slide programs are
available for groups.
Your annual
contribution supports park improvements and activities.

Memorial
Trees/Picnic Tables
Dedicate a tree or
picnic table in memory of someone you love, or to
honor a special person on a special occasion! The Memorial cost
includes a plaque and an invitation to the annual dedication ceremony in
September. All profits go to Park maintenance and
